If you are interested in joining the Girls or Boys competitive team please contact Coach Amy.  If you are new to the gym she will have you come in for an evaluation.  If you are currently in one of our classes, she can run your evaluation before or after your class. 

 

The Girls level 3 team practices twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-6:30

Level 3 is coached by Coach  Ashley.

 

Then Girls level 4-9 team meets 3 days a week Monday and Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 Friday 4:00-7:00.  The girls are Coached by Coach Amy and Coach Gail

 

The Boys Team practices are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday from 6-800.  The boys are coached by Coach Keith

 

The Xcel team practices from Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7:30.  The Xcel team is coached by new Coach, Jenna May.  Jenna is also a coach for Antioch/Lakes High School Gymnastics Team
